If IP address can not be acquired

If IP address could not be acquired, please check the below items.

Q:Is the security setting for client manager set for [Use the shared setting for internet connection] ?
A:If the router is set and DHCP is activated, untick [Use the shared setting for internet connection] from the security setting of client manager.
 
Q:Check the shared setting for internet conenction
A:XP
  1. Select [Control panel] - [Network connection] in the start menu,in the [detail setting] right click [local area connection] and select property.
  2. Remove the check of [Authorize the connection to the internt for this computer, for the other users in network] on the [Detail setting].
  3. Click [OK] and restart soft AP.
A:Vista
  1. Select [Control Panel] - [Network and Internet] - [Network and Sharing Center] - [Manage network connections] ,from the start menu and right click [Local Area Connection] and select property.
  2. Remove the check of [Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection] on the [Sharing].
  3. Click [OK] and restart soft AP.
Q: Is wireless LAN adapter attached correctly?
A: Check if the wireless LAN adapter is connected correctly.
 
Q: Is the multiple wireless LAN adapters attached?
A: Client manager does not support multiple wireless LAN adapters.
 
Q: Is it using the wireless LAN adapter, which does not support client manager?
A: Check if the wireless LAN adapter supprots client manager.
 
Q: Is wireless LAN adapter activated?
A: Open [Control Panel] - [System and Maintenance] - [System] from the start menu, click [Device Manager].
Click [+] on the left of [Network Adapter] from the displayed device information, and check that yellow [?] or [!] is not shown on the left of [GW-USMicroN] If [?] or [!] is shown on the left of [GW-USMicroN] is shown, right click [GW-USMicroN] and select [Delete].
 
Q: Does the encryption setting match with router?
A: Display the router setting and check the setting for SSID, encryption key, channel.
 
Q: Are there any obstructions between wireless LAN adapter and game machine?
A: Make sure there is nothing between wireless LAN adapter and game machine.
 
Q: Is the MAC address authorized in MAC address filter?
A: Check the MAC address filter setting.
 
Q: Is the MAC address filter set as [Decline] ?
A: Check the MAC address filter setting.
 
Q: If the LED of wireless LAN adapter flashing normally during communication?
A: Check if the wireless LAN adapter is attached correctly.
