If you can not install

If you could not install the client manager correctly, check the below items.

Q:Is the OS version the client manager recommended version?
A:Check the OS version at [Start menu] - [Control Panel] - [System and Maintenance] - [System] .
ClientManager support following OS.

Q:Is the service pack client manager recommended one?
A:Check the service pack status at [Start menu] - [Control Panel] - [System and Maintenance] - [System].

Q:Is it logged in as the user name with administrator authorization?
A:Check if the user group is set as Administrator at [Control Panel] - [User Accounts and Family Safety] - [User Accounts] from start menu

Q:Is security soft running?
A:It may be the case that you fail to install the client manager if the security so ft is running. We recommend you to stop the security soft.
Q:Is client manager already installed?
A:If the client manager is installed already, you may continuously use.
Q:Is the client manager installation completed correctly?
A:After uninstalling the client manager, install client manager once again.

Q:Is there enough free space in the system hard disc for the installation?
A:In order to install client manager, it is required to have about 50M byte memory in the hard disc.
